Specialty focus

Radiology & nuclear medicine, from order to appointment

A focused service for radiology scheduling and front-desk operations across Radiant, Cadence, and Prelude — including PET/CT and nuclear medicine scheduling, where the right order, resource, and time interval all have to line up before a patient can be booked.

Scheduling & front desk — Cadence & Prelude

The administrative workflows that connect patients with care are where small problems become long waits. We help front-desk and scheduling teams keep them clean.

  • Scheduling, canceling & rescheduling with the right visit types
  • Arrival, check-in, registration & demographic review
  • Spotting insurance & registration discrepancies early
  • Referral & order requirements, and order-to-appointment linkage

Training that matches the job

Role-based education means nobody sits through training for someone else’s workflow. A scheduler practices appointments; a provider practices the chart.

  • New-user orientation, coaching & small-group instruction
  • Refresher training & training on revised workflows
  • Practice scenarios & live demonstrations
  • Quick-reference guides & visual workflow instructions
Also a specialty

Ambulatory care — EpicCare Ambulatory

Ambulatory clinics run on a fast, visit-driven rhythm: check-in, rooming, the visit itself, orders and results, then follow-up — often all in under an hour, dozens of times a day. We support ambulatory and outpatient teams through that whole visit, so small workflow friction doesn’t compound across a full clinic schedule.

  • Check-in, rooming & visit preparation workflows
  • Visit documentation & encounter completion in EpicCare Ambulatory
  • Order-entry navigation for clinic visits
  • In Basket results follow-up & message routing between visits
  • Referral & scheduling handoffs with Cadence & Prelude

Questions

Before you reach out

What does “at-the-elbow” support actually look like?

A consultant is physically alongside a staff member while they work in Epic — helping them navigate charts, complete documentation or scheduling tasks, and find what they need in the moment, then routing anything beyond workflow help to the correct team.

Which Epic modules do you cover?

Our scheduling and front-desk work centers on Cadence and Prelude, our radiology focus adds Radiant, and our ambulatory support centers on EpicCare Ambulatory. Provider and nursing support covers core clinical workflows such as chart review, documentation, order-entry navigation, encounter completion, and In Basket. Coverage on any assignment reflects the assigned consultants’ experience and qualifications — tell us your modules in the inquiry below and we’ll match accordingly.

Do you support ambulatory and outpatient clinics?

Yes — ambulatory is a core service area. We support clinic teams using EpicCare Ambulatory through the full visit: check-in and rooming, visit documentation and encounter completion, orders, In Basket follow-up, and the scheduling and referral handoffs that connect with Cadence and Prelude.

Can you support a PET/CT or nuclear medicine department?

Yes — that’s a specialty focus. We support the scheduling side: working from order and fax workqueues, checking order readiness, linking orders to appointments, and coordinating resource and time-interval requirements. Clinical preparation instructions always come from your organization’s approved protocols.

Do you only work during go-live week?

No. Engagements can start before launch with readiness walkthroughs and practice, run through go-live and stabilization, and continue afterward with refresher training, new-employee support, and workflow assessment.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is confirmed when we scope your engagement. Tell us how many people need support and how much time you expect in the inquiry below, and we will confirm the total before anything is booked. No payment is taken on this page.

How do we pay?

No payment is taken on this page. Once an engagement is scoped and confirmed — people, time, and total agreed — card payment is processed through Stripe.

How is an engagement scoped?

By the work, not by a package: the departments and shifts to cover, the roles to train or support, how many people are involved, how much time it will take, the modules involved, and the phase you’re in. Use the inquiry builder below to outline those things and we’ll take it from there.
